Nature of the work:
Rehabilitation of masonry walls and roof structure (replacement and repair of stones, chimney repairs, cornice replacement, and reinforcement of the roof structure).
Duration of the work:
From May 19 to November 30, 2026
Hours:
6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location of the work:
Façade of the Allan Building located at 333 de la Commune Street West (building located near the fountain / John Young monument)
A protected walkway will be set up to allow safe pedestrian circulation on Marguerite-D’Youville Street.
This work may cause noise and an increased presence of equipment and workers in the area.
