The annual Terry Fox Run has become a fall tradition in Canada, with nearly 600 communities, big and small, urban and rural, English and French, fundraising for cancer research. This year, please participate, fundraise, and support someone you love on Sunday, September 15!
A non-competitive fun run where individuals, families and groups wlak or run one to ten kolimeters to raise funds for cancer research. The cours will be a 2.5 km route from one end of the port to the other, along the promemade as well as along the piers, then back to the start point. Participants will enjoy stunning views of Old Port Montreal and the St. Lawrence River.
Open to all ages.

Participants can raise pledges or make a donation of any amount they wish.

Day Schedule:
8:00 AM
- Registration begins and coffee and fruit distribution
- Opening of sales: merchandise, raffle tickets
- Selfies and autographs before the run
9:30 AM
- Opening ceremony
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Family activities: face painting, balloon sculptures (by Montreal Clown)
10:00 AM
- Warm-up session
10:15 AM
- Start of the 2.5 KM run
10:30 AM
- Start of the 1 KM run – Family section
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- BBQ open to all
12:15 PM
- Raffle drawing and closing remarks
