Come meet ribbers from Texas, Alabama, New Mexico, Florida and Ontario. Held over six delicious days, this year’s competition we welcome eight renowned ribbers: Billy Bones BBQ, Bone Daddy's BBQ, Texas Ranger Smokehouse, Silver Bullet BBQ, Uncle Sam’s BBQ, Hawgs Gone Wild, and Pistol Pete's Smokehouse.
Bringing a taste of the American Southeast to us here in Québec, these ribbers will showcase their best recipes and compete for glory.
Trophies will be on display at the event’s oversized kiosks and giant posters will invite visitors to taste the very best dishes as giant smokers spread the tantalizing smell of braised spare ribs and pulled pork throughout the site.
Be there to vote for your favourite ribber and help them earn the coveted Public’s Choice trophy.
