From July 7 to August 16, the golden sands of Clock Tower Beach become the celestial mat for your practice. Rooted in solar energy and cradled by the river breeze, each class is a sacred moment—a union of body, soul, and the infinite.
Start your day in light and clarity, every Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Or end it in gentle reflection, every Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, as the sun sets over the water.
Whether you're new to yoga or deep in your journey, IDOLEM offers a unique open-air experience. Bring your mat, a towel, and a bottle of water—the essentials for every breath and every stillness.
